While we make every effort to avoid such situations, certain circumstances may require us to make changes.
An important change refers to a modification made before your departure that may significantly affect your confirmed travel arrangements based on the information provided at the time of booking.

If an alternative travel arrangement is accepted, it will be considered a new booking. Any fare differences, additional costs, or price adjustments associated with the new arrangement will be the responsibility of the traveler.
Minor schedule changes or operational adjustments do not qualify as significant changes and may not entitle the traveler to compensation or refund.
Deal Masters Inc shall not be held responsible for cancellations, delays, schedule changes, or disruptions resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, strikes, civil unrest, government actions, pandemics, airline operational decisions, airport closures, or other force majeure events.
In such situations, compensation or reimbursement will depend entirely on the policies and decisions of the airline or service provider. While we may assist customers in communicating with airlines and requesting refunds or compensation, the final decision remains with the airline or supplier.
Unless otherwise specified, most flight tickets, travel packages, and related travel services are subject to the fare rules and conditions imposed by airlines and suppliers. Certain bookings may be non-refundable, partially refundable, or subject to cancellation fees.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through our customer support team. Upon receiving your request, we will acknowledge it via email. Receipt of the acknowledgement does not automatically guarantee eligibility for a refund.
Any refund request is subject to the fare conditions, airline policies, supplier regulations, and applicable cancellation charges. Deal Masters Inc will work with the airline or supplier to obtain any eligible refund on your behalf.
Refund processing times vary depending on the airline, travel supplier, payment provider, and booking conditions. In some cases, refunds may take several weeks to process and may exceed one month.
Deal Masters Inc shall not be liable for delays caused by airlines, banks, payment gateways, or third-party travel suppliers during the refund process.
If a booking is modified or cancelled due to failure to comply with payment schedules, documentation requirements, passenger information requirements, or other booking conditions, any resulting losses, cancellation charges, or fare differences shall be the sole responsibility of the traveler.
